Parts department failure I bought a oil filter from the parts department for my 2015 Passat TDI. Went to Oil Can Henery's found out I was sold the wrong filter. I just bought my second car here I have always been a fan of this dealership and they continue to keep my business. I bought my first car there 7 years ago. I was in a pretty tigh I have always been a fan of this dealership and they continue to keep my business. I bought my first car there 7 years ago. I was in a pretty tight situation and desperately needed a new car. They bent over backwards to help me get the car I needed with payments I could afford. It was an older car to begin with but whenever I took my car there for regular servicing and check ups, I never felt cheated or ripped off. In fact, people always warned me not to go to the dealership because they would do "this" or they would do "that" but nothing like what they warned me about ever happened. A few times, they even gave me significantly discounted services just out of the blue. I was in the market for a new car again this October and went there first because I had been impressed by their service over the years. It took 2 trips to find the car that fit me and my budget right but I don't regret it at all. I was able to trade my old car for the Kelly Blue Book price and I was able to negotiate the prices down to the level I was looking for. The car is great and even when I compare online deals with what I ended up paying for my new car for, I feel like I got a good deal. More

I've purchased a car and two days later after figuring ou My recent experience with Steve Hahn's dealership was pretty devastating for me financially. I've purchased a car and two days later after figuring out that it does not meet my needs at all brought it back in hope of exchanging for a more suitable for my lifestyle vehicle. Same day purchased significantly more expensive car but in the process lost all my savings. They didn't want to return the money I gave them for the first car just a few days earlier explaining that there's no "cooling off" policy with them. I'm a single parent and now I'm in a deep financial despair because of Steve Hahn's dealership. Well, I understand there's no much that I can do about it right now, but at least I can warn other buyers so they won't get reaped off the way I was. Take your business elsewhere unless you don't mind loosing your money to those guys. I bought three cars from Bob Hall's dealership throughout the years and they always gave me three days return guarantee. I was expecting the same courtesy from Steve Hahn. Lesson learned. More
