Beware buying a car here especially for the females out there, this is the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. First Luis (salesman) was impossible to get ahold of after I wire transferred there, this is the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. First Luis (salesman) was impossible to get ahold of after I wire transferred over $37,000 (out of state purchase). I didn’t receive a call/email or anything regarding my payment. They clearly DO NOT like making cash deals. (I paid over MSRP for this car as well) He didn’t call me back and wouldn’t answer texts, I had to get ahold of another member there who then gave me a different price for the car even though a price was already negotiated with Luis. I paid 3 weeks before getting the vehicle and was told I would have plates ready as they would overnight the paperwork to me once I paid. That didn’t happen. Once I arrived at the scheduled time weeks later, the paperwork and the car was not ready. I sat there for two hours as Luis argued with the manager about the military discount. Once Luis came over to the desk he told me to “wait before I blow my lid” as he put his finger out to me. I was sitting there shocked as I was waiting patiently throughout this process for weeks. He kept giving passive aggressive comments up until the moment I left. I waited so long to post this as I was afraid I would never receive my plates or title. (Which I still have yet to receive) I called for the past three weeks to get my plates sent to my new address (I moved out of state) every time I gave them the new address and they said they would send them. I called for a 4th time and the lady said “whoops must have slipped my mind” as she forgot to send my plates and my temporary is now overdue. She finally sent them out…. to the wrong address along with the title to another state. I still don’t have my plates or title in hand. Another representative called me and asked to write a positive review and if there is anything he could do to make me do so. He then said “think about it and he will text me to work something out”. I never received that text. I love my new car but this is not the dealership to work with. Proceed with caution lol More

I had positive experiences with Steve Hanh VW service in the past. This time, the advisor gave me mistaken advice that conflicted with actual VW maintenance schedule.
