Car was misfiring took it in they said engine control module was bad. Said it would be $1500 2 days later they called told us they would have to order one because other dealerships wouldn’t sell them on module was bad. Said it would be $1500 2 days later they called told us they would have to order one because other dealerships wouldn’t sell them one and it would be a little more expensive. 3 days later they called and said it’s not totally fixed that they are getting 5 error codes and they don’t know what to do, that they have to contact Germany and find out what to do. 9 days later after calling them 3 times they still had no answers. The next I went in and talked to the owner of the dealership stated our frustrations he was accommodating said he would try to get some answers and a loaner car which they hadn’t had available the whole time. Suddenly the next morning the car was repaired it need a new coil also for an additional $250 This is the second time something major has happened to this car and they have had difficulty diagnosing what’s wrong The car has only 90K miles on it and is a 2015 model. The oil change A and B service prices are horribly expensive I’m pretty sure this is the last Mercedes Benz I purchase More
Went in for service A on my sprinter van. Was charged for window washer fluid. Next day, while driving the washer fluid dash indicator came on. Upon looking under the hood I found the blue fi Was charged for window washer fluid. Next day, while driving the washer fluid dash indicator came on. Upon looking under the hood I found the blue filler up open without any fluid. Small oversight on techs part. Paying $9.83 for $4.00 worth of fluid that was not poured into engine, a little disappointing for a Mercedes $365 oil change. Desk people were very nice and accommodating, at least oil was changed, that was the plan all along. More

After some hardships I was left without a vehicle and as a working mother, that was so hard. I didn’t think I’d be able to get one on my own but Brooke and Brandon went above and beyond to get me in a relia a working mother, that was so hard. I didn’t think I’d be able to get one on my own but Brooke and Brandon went above and beyond to get me in a reliable car! I even got to drive away in it that same day. I was moved to tears and was so proud of myself for doing it on my own. My kids and I are so happy. I owe it all to the amazing help from the staff who helped me. I will NEVER shop for a vehicle anywhere else. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Brooke and Brandon. I will be grateful for you for the rest of my life.
