My wife went in to get her brakes checked. There has been a constant high pitched squeal coming from the brakes. It started while she was in reverse. Then it began at any time she braked. I do not know who she spoke to or if was the same person who “looked at the brakes”. She was told there were at least 10,000 miles left but they “knocked off some of the grime” whatever that means. It didn’t take care of the problem. I decided to change out the brakes on my own. I found they were caked in dust. Even the built in grooves were full. The left front inner pad was completely flat and had 2mm left, if that. It would not have made it to the next service. I had to buy new rotors and pads and do the job myself because the service was incompetent to recognize the problem. I’ve grown less impressed with Hahn service since we’ve had this car and I’m starting to see a trend with other purchasers from them. More

The repair for corner light on car was repaired partially without the plastic trim and we had to take time out of our busy work lives to return to have it repaired properly and it should have been inspected without the plastic trim and we had to take time out of our busy work lives to return to have it repaired properly and it should have been inspected prior to our taking it home.
