No loaners available. Had to buy a new car while I waited for my car to be fixed while it was under a full factory warranty through VW. Repairs went fine though! I typically have a really good experience with you! I made an appointment to have an oil change, two recalls fixed, and to check on my squeaky brakes. I have a very busy life, so I had to plan this acc I made an appointment to have an oil change, two recalls fixed, and to check on my squeaky brakes. I have a very busy life, so I had to plan this according to my schedule. When I was notified that the car was ready, I walked into the maintenance office and waited for a short time. About 15 minutes later, a female employee walked in and asked what I was there for. I told her my name in the make and model of the car. She got the paperwork and told me that two recalls had been fixed. I asked her if the oil change had been done, and she said “it doesn’t look like it.“. The employee also told me that I cannot make an appointment for an oil change. It was first come first serve. This was confusing to me, considering I made an appointment to have several things fixed only two of the four were done. She was very rude and not helpful at all. There was also another woman behind me, picking up her car at the same time. Your employee did not direct either of us where we could pick up the cars, and when she saw us wandering around in the parking lot, looking for our vehicles, she came out and seemed very annoyed that we didn’t know where to go. So now I’ve had two of the recalls fixed, but apparently there is another one, and I still did not receive an oil change. I don’t have any idea of when I will be able to come back in for the service. The service at Steve Hahn is always been wonderful, especially with Sam Nelson, but this interaction was pretty negative, and I felt that it was out of the norm. More
