Recently bought used Ford Explorer from GMC southwest; could not have had a more pleasant experience buying a car ever! Found a GMC Yukon on the website , I just needed the bottom dollar price off msrp. After about 3 hours a manager told me they do not and will not come off MSRP. It was a waste of time and energy. Vehicle has 3k miles and has been in that shop over 4 times. All Manufacturer issues. Fixed every time; just to be back in within weeks, for a different issues. I was sold a “Lime” and service keeps us times. All Manufacturer issues. Fixed every time; just to be back in within weeks, for a different issues. I was sold a “Lime” and service keeps using band aids to fix it. This a a new vehicle, that is NOT reliable. I have lost over 80 hrs of work, that NO ONE will compensate me for. Now, I was advise parts have 1 year warranty, (what a joke!) The vehicle has NOT even completed year yet and has been to the shop over 4 times for major issues. Is this how Stearling McCall GMC operates? Selling limes so that within a year or two, service department charges for non-warranty and make their monthly goal? It seems the answer is yes! This is the last time, I purchase a GMC. More
