Experienced very poor customer service on recent oil change. Jordan Rasmussen refused to honor oil change promotional discount received from Group 1. I purchased this particular vehicle at Sterling McCall and have had it serviced there for 10 yrs and never had a single problem with customer service until Group 1 took over. I’ll be purchasing a NEW truck in a few months, but unfortunately it will be elsewhere. More
