Car purchase experience was good except for when you they installed my gooseneck hitch and damaged my tail gate. They have now had my truck over a week and will not commit to how long before it is repaired a installed my gooseneck hitch and damaged my tail gate. The service writer John Ramirez provides very good customer service. Now, the mechanics I am not very happy w/ for a variety of reasons. 1. Driving my vehicle to speed thru parking lot. 2. Breaking customer service. Now, the mechanics I am not very happy w/ for a variety of reasons. 1. Driving my vehicle to speed thru parking lot. 2. Breaking hub caps and not informing service writer. 3. Once I left dealership left back tire light came on stating low pressure - even though I just purchased tires from dealership. Now, I must take vehicle to be serviced elsewhere due issues which arose on this visit. More

I came in for an oil change which includes tire rotation. Because the wheel lock was not the original one that I’ve had since I had my vehicle, they were unable to rotate the tires but I was still charged fu Because the wheel lock was not the original one that I’ve had since I had my vehicle, they were unable to rotate the tires but I was still charged full price. Of course anything to get your money, they wanted and additional $200 to replace the wheel lock! Really!! More
Very bad experience stay clear from these guys and check your interest-rate with your finance company they will lie to you about your interest-rate. Also been waiting on my tags for three months now while d your interest-rate with your finance company they will lie to you about your interest-rate. Also been waiting on my tags for three months now while driving on expired drive out tags. I was lied to at least five times. More
