Lies about why your car is making noise or why the light is on sends you places without a an appointment that he Moses himself said he scheduled I’ve wasted a whole tank of gas and time just from getting the run around and Roy will transfer you to Moses when you ask to speak with the GM and claim he doesn’t know the GM email. Moses will pretend to be the GM. They take your kindness for weakness worst experience in purchasing a car ever!!!! More
