Kudos to AJ in sales, Shawn in finance and the parts & service fellows! I recently purchased a certified pre-owned RDX, my fourth Acura purchase spanning thirty years and different dealers. I wish to est service fellows! I recently purchased a certified pre-owned RDX, my fourth Acura purchase spanning thirty years and different dealers. I wish to establish as a matter of record that my purchase at Acura of Sugarland was the best dealer choice I could have made for this purchase. There were other options. The professionalism, patience, and respect I was shown was second to none. AJ in sales did a fine job communicating in a timely fashion, listening to, and accommodating my needs without any undo pressure. The ability to listen is often lacking in a high-pressure sales environment. AJ’s ability to listen enabled him to efficiently locate a pristine, low-mileage vehicle that satisfied all my requirements. The contract negotiating and finance process was up-front, fair, and with no unexpected surprises. My questions to the parts & services fellows regarding future service and maintenance were answered professionally and in detail. I was impressed further by the friendliness and attentiveness of members of the staff who were not involved I the transaction. The periodic follow-up communications about my purchase are appreciated and reflect well on the overall customer service experience. I have and will continue to recommend Acura Sugarland to family and friends. More
THE WORST SCAMMERS EVER. BUYERS BE AWARE. NEVER BELIEVE THEIR MUTUALLY AGREED UPON PHONE, TEXT, OR EMAIL OFFER. They lie and raise the price when they notice you like the car or you have travelled from a long distance. WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER DEALT WITH. THE ONLY REGRET, I DIDN’T READ THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING THE CAR. Lesson learned. The sales rep agreed to my verbal AND email offer. However, after I arrived at the dealership, from over 1-hour 20mins drive, with someone else, picking him up early from his job, and picking my kids up early from their school, I was told the sales rep made a mistake and the price is $3,676.58 more than form the price they agreed with me in writing/texts. At the dealership, I really believed them and their general manager, but after arriving at home, I checked their google reviews and noticed that many people had the same experience/complain. BIG TIME SCAMMERS. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES & AVOID AT ALL COST. I RATHER PAY MORE AND DEAL WITH HONORABLE PEOPLE THAN DEAL WITH SCAMMERS AND SUPPORT THEM WITH MY BUSINESS. In this great country, we honor our oral and/or written promise/ offer/ agreement/ contract. BUYERS BE AWARE. More
