Service manager’s attitude was terrible. I will not go back there again. Tried to sell services that were not needed. xxxx poor people skills.
My sales agent, April Jackson and the sales Manager, Felicia Brooks were wonderful. The entire process was handled professionally and fairly. The finance process was quick and easy.
Recommended mandatory fixes, listened to issues I faced and identified the issue with engine start. Communicated with me on the service progress. Provided me a loaner vehicle until the fix. Applied discounts as shown on the website. Satisfied with the service provided to me. Thank you.
