Do not buy a vehicle from this lot online and have it shipped they are very dishonest especially April. I’m a firm believer in karma I just wish I could be around when it bites her in the xxx. My wife and I purchased a certified preowned Acura MDX. We done all this online in good faith after reading all the good reviews for this car lot, we never step foot on the lot we live in Arkansas. According to April there was nothing wrong with the MDX. We had it shipped to Arkansas when the shipper got to the car lot he took pictures of the MDX before he ever loaded it on his trailer and noted the front windshield had a crack , remember now, April said there was nothing wrong with the MDX, so now since the deal is done and the paperwork is signed they don’t want nothing to do with us and or compensate for the Windshield being cracked you can clearly see the photo is time stamp when the shipper was there to pick the vehicle up. This post has been up for a few days no one from the dealership has reached out or commented so to me they don’t want to defend there dealership they know they done us wrong.
