As an out of state buyer I had multiple phone conversations and texts and worked out a deal only to find out they lied to me. After I spent two days and two flights to get there they still did no conversations and texts and worked out a deal only to find out they lied to me. After I spent two days and two flights to get there they still did not honor our agreement .i should have got it in writing. My salesman was caught in the middle , poor guy he was ok. This dealership is not an honorable establishment that I would deal with again, even when i enlightened the manager in writing I still received no calls or remedies. I recommend extreme caution when your discussing a deal so you do not become a victim of lies and deception like I was exposed to I kept hearing “ you have my word” “ trust me” , “you have nothing to worry about”. Well the proof is evident and they have done it to themselves and I can’t believe them after my experience. More
