At A Girl First time I was looking for a new vehicle was in June. Went to several car dealers, most of the sales person were 4 men and 2 females. I test drove First time I was looking for a new vehicle was in June. Went to several car dealers, most of the sales person were 4 men and 2 females. I test drove several SUV's but nothing said yes. And most sales person were not that friendly and helpful. Until I got to Sterling Hyundai. Out of all of the dealers I was greeted quickly and very helpful the first time I arrived at Sterling with Anastasia. I test drove a Santa Fe and it said YES. But I needed to sell a camper before I can purchase a new vehicle. Once the camper was sold. I knew I was going back to Sterling and talking with Anastasia. We test drove a Santa Fe on the lot, I was wanting a White in color outside and Tan on the inside she found one. Then the paper work got started and my Santa Fe was delivered that same afternoon late. But knew I wanted it check out and cleaned before taken ownership. If I would have went that afternoon I would have rushed everyone. So I picked it up the next morning and sign paper work. I am in Loved with my Santa Fe. More

She was extremely helpful, very knowledgable and answered all my questions very quickly. we kept in touch via email until i was able to get to the dealership to see the car. She was able to provide me with information about the various options and within a day I had purchased the car. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I was very pleased with the experience. I am a busy person and I have no time for the old fashioned haggle nonsense. I didn't experience any of that at Sterling. I won't have any hesitation at all in recommending the dealership to my friends and family for purchases or service. More
