When initially doing my own research, I was worried about losing the features from my previous Elantra from 20 I am a returning customer with Hyundai. When initially doing my own research, I was worried about losing the features from my previous Elantra from 2013 for my budget. Then I met Drew. Drew was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable of his product. He really tried to help me get the best rate that was affordable for my current budget. He was personable and I didn't feel like a number or just a customer. He really got to know me and my family and assisted in this purchase like we were family to him. He went above and beyond and I am very impressed with his professionalism along with Sam and Blake's. I am greatly satisfied with my purchase and grateful that Drew was the salesperson who catered to me in this process. I was able to get the features that I wanted without putting myself in a financial bind. More

Not the car of my dreams The dealership dropped the ball in several ways, but unfortunately most dealerships do. Didn't get the car I was supposed to so they lowered the price The dealership dropped the ball in several ways, but unfortunately most dealerships do. Didn't get the car I was supposed to so they lowered the price on an alternate but it had several defects. The paperwork work was full of add-ons so I had to keep asking them to remove them. Then the paperwork had to be re-done after I had already left because they had put the wrong VIN #. Overall, not a pleasant or enjoyable experience. They did make up for the negatives by heavily discounting the vehicle, but to be honest, I would rather pay a little more and have a professional and positive car buying moment. More
