I visited the dealership with my 24 year old son last week to look at a 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T that was listed. We were met my Mandy Smith, one of the used car salespeople and spent an extensive amou week to look at a 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T that was listed. We were met my Mandy Smith, one of the used car salespeople and spent an extensive amount of time evaluating and driving the car. Since my son worked and lived in Mobile, Alabama and I lived in Gulf Breeze, Florida, we only had weekends to look at available cars. After our evaluation, we decided it would be wise to look at the other available cars and to sell his existing 2003 Infinity G-35. Ms.Smith gave us all the information we needed regarding the vehicle and how to contact her. She conducted herself in a very professional manner and we had no feeling of being "pressured". The next Friday night my son returned to Gulf Breeze from Mobile and showed his car to someone. That individual purchased his car Saturday at midday. We then called Ms. Smith and asked if the car we looked at was still available to which she answered in the affirmative. We brought her up to date on our situation and told her we would be coming over that afternoon to discuss possibly purchasing the car. When we arrived, after briefly reexamining the car, we discussed the sales price with Ms. Smith. After a little discussion with Ms. Smith and the sales manager handling the "numbers", we reached a price that was agreeable to the dealership and us. The subsequent closing with Mr. Jay Fredrickson, the dealership's business manager, went smoothly, quickly and and was actually very enjoyable. We were given instructions regarding the new vehicle and then left. I have since had email contact with Mr. Philip Morton, the general sales manager, regarding information that I needed on the vehicle. Our first contact with the dealership to to final sale was the most pleasant experience I have had with a car sale (In my 64 years I have purchased quite a few vehicles for myself, my wife and our three sons.). Mr.Philip Morton, Mr. Jay Fredrickson and Ms.Mandy Smith made every aspect of this car buying experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this dealership and their personnel. More

Went in for information and was immediately pleased with my reception. They were extremely friendly and wanted to make me happy. They found the truck I wanted and made the arrangements to get it and the fin my reception. They were extremely friendly and wanted to make me happy. It's obvious they care about you and not strictly the sale. I never felt pressured to make the deal or a deal other than what I wanted. I've never had a more pleasurable experience buying a car. Got a really good deal from Phil, general manager ?, who was also very friendly and courteous as was Jay, the business manager, who got me a good deal on financing the vehicle. I have been a customer of theirs since 2003 and have always received quality service and have been dealt with the utmost of respect. That is why I purchased a used Jeep Compass from them today, to complement my Dodge Journey which was purchased there in 2011. More

Chris entered our order and held it for one day to allow us time to discuss one last option. When the jeep arrived, Chris called and the delivery went as smooth as the previous meetings. There was no pressure to add items or extended warranties, just presented the options available. The operation of the jeep was reviewed and we were ready to go in a relatively short time..
