Robert was not your typical salesman Robert Fickett was very helpful with all the questions I had for him before we ever walked into the dealership. He responded in a timely manner and always got back to me with answers. When we went into the dealership a few days later, he was very helpful and had the vehicle I was interested in already pulled out front and ready for me to look at. He showed us how several things in the vehicle worked, took us on a test drive and when the numbers didn't work out the way we wanted, he met us at a sister dealership the next day to look at the other vehicle we were interested in. We bought the second one. He wasn't aggressive like a lot of salesman and we really liked him. We really appreciate his assistance in buying a vehicle and not making it the typical sales experience I was dreading when walking into a dealership. Thank you Robert, you were great! Ok now for Rob in finance, he worked with us as well to get the numbers where we were comfortable with them and we really appreciate that as well! It took some time to make the deal work, but we drove away very satisfied customers! More

Knowledgeable, Experienced, & Affable Let me start by saying car dealerships are normally a nightmare for us. This was completely the opposite. My husband is a disabled veteran and we have 3 small children in tow so it's generally hard to communicate what we want. To make matters more complicated this time around we had a once in a lifetime grant from the VA, which had very specific instructions, that multiple other dealers either didn't want to follow or just didn't care enough to try. Mr. Fredrickson was pleasant from the start. He quickly found exactly what we wanted down to the last option, color, and detail. When we got to the explicit VA instructions, he was professional, precise, and made us feel at ease with him, the dealership, and most importantly, the deal. We purchased a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T. Robert helped us to figure out all the features of the vehicle with ease and if he didn't have an answer, he was quick to find someone who did. He also took care of the return of our rental. (Which was especially important to us since we only have one driver in our family.) Mr. Godwin found us a better interest rate than we could find on our own and was extremely patient our rambunctious boys while thoroughly explaining the loan and the warranty information. We were lucky enough to meet Mr. Lee on delivery day. We're fully aware the VA's stringent rules put certain pressure on the dealer and ultimately it was Mr. Lee's decision to accept the VA Grant. We truly appreciate the hospitality, compassion, and warmth from everyone at the dealership in Crestview. THIS is the place anyone and everyone should start and finish when searching for a new or used vehicle. Great Experience! I just purchased a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country from Lee Chrysler and was very pleased with my experience. Robert was waiting for me when I arrived I just purchased a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country from Lee Chrysler and was very pleased with my experience. Robert was waiting for me when I arrived and had already pulled the vehicle I was interested in to the front of the dealership. He answered all my questions, took me for a test drive and dealt fairly with me through the price negotiations. He took me to the service dept. to get a question answered and was just all around friendly and helpful. I would very much recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!! More

They did not have what I was looking for and I had very particular requests. Robert did a great job of hunting down the exact vehicle for me and ensuring I was kept in the loop and kept me updated due to this taking longer than is usual. When I came in to pick up the vehicle everyone was friendly and they honored the agreed upon price no questions asked. The whole sales staff was very professional and were more than willing to answer all my questions. I would recommend to anyone in the market to visit this very courteous and professional team. More
