I took my 2009 S40 in for service one day last week and I took my 2009 S40 in for service one day last week and left with a 2012 S60! Within a few hours I was driving home my new car. While the paperwork was being prepared, and my new car was being cleaned and prepped, Stephen was kind enough to offer me the use of his personal car. Michael Bernardo sat with me in the car to explain all the instruments and programmed the Sirius radio and Bluetooth for me. Both Stephen and Michael were extremely informative, friendly, and helpful, spending lots of time with me when I didn't even have an appointment. This is the fourth Volvo I've leased, and the second from Steingold. Most of my service on the S40 was done at a different Volvo dealer which was closer to my home and had late evening hours which was easier for me. I will, however, go to Steingold for all future service since my experiences at the other dealership almost always required a trip back due to work not done completely or properly. The professionalism and kindness of Stephen and Michael, along with the competency and courtesy shown by members of the service department have made me a Steingold customer for all future needs. My husband and I bought an S60 4 years ago. After adding 2 kids and 1 dog to our family, we had completely outgrown the car and needed something bigger that could comfortably fit our growing family. After searching for a Volvo dealership in the area we came across Steingold. I should add that as a military family our S60 had been all over the country and we have dealt with some not so wonderful dealerships. Steingold has been, by far, the best Volvo dealership we have been to. Ever. They were enormously helpful, answering all of our questions and being patient as we test drove multiple vehicles, trying to make a decision on what fit us best. Being Washington state residents, the process to get our vehicles registered while we are out of state is normally a hassle and a huge headache. The guys at Steingold took care of all of it for us. (Thank you so much!) I would, without a doubt, recommend Steingold to anyone looking to get into a Volvo. Their no pressure, relaxed demeanor helped take the stress out of car buying. More

He was willing to let me drive both cars, by myself, so that I could experience all of the features, etc. before buying. He was thorough in his follow-up on financing and colors that were currently available. My new car was ready, as promised, at a specific time. The only negative is that we have to go back to the dealership to swap our plates. I wish that was all taken care of when we went to pick it up originally. More
