We were buying a car from out of state. I MUST POINT OUT THAT THE CUSTOMER LOUNGE IS BEYOND WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT AT A CAR DEALERSHIP AND MORE LIKE WHAT YOU WOULD FIND IN A VERY UPSCALE HOME. YOU WILL FIND AMPLE SEATING ON VERY COMFORTABLE LEATHER CHAIRS AND COUCHES, WI FI PORTS, A FIREPLACE AND A WIDE SCREEN TV ALONG WITH A COFFEE MAKER THAT MAKES A REALLY GOOD CUP OF COFFEE. I MUST HAVE HAD 3 GOOD CUPS ON THIS DAY. I WAS ABLE TO PICK UP MY CAR LATER IN THE DAY. MY SALESPERSON EXPLAINED WHAT I DID NOT KNOW WITH REGARD TO THE CAR'S OPTIONS. I called on Saturday after seeing a Volvo on their website and Stephen said that they were not open on Sunday but would be there for another customer and to come in to look at the car. Within 1 hour I was approved for financing and Stephen was able to let me drive the car home the same day.
