The details were clearly and thoroughly explained. My trade in allowance was higher than the figure I had in mind going in and the price of the car was quite reasonably discounted. I was listened to, treated with respect and the utmost courtesy, and the atmosphere was one of genuine friendliness and good humor. This is the way a new car purchase should work.
