Sydna, I encourage you to review the reports please for the sake of your service dept and quite frankly your dealer reputation. Both times the car was with you for one month at a time. 1st series of repairs at $1900 the light stayed on the second we got in car. We called them and came back and you charged us another $900 and still the light is on with no one telling us why? There was not effort to say we will make this right for you without charging..... Your rep Eric McDuffie was so rude and disregarded everything we said and read verbatim from a service order but was not able to articulate anything. For the last words of his mouth to be "it is not safe to drive and will last one month" is simply not the right thing to say when we just spent over $2k Also, your Serivce Manager Rene looked disgusted I came to see him and responded that way to me is not acceptable in any case. My wife was in tears and his office was open and he had no regards for us. I want to trust you that you will make this ok for my wife and our situation but this would be the 3rd time and I am afraid you will just charge us more money and not fix our issue. Please review the service orders and contact history, how long card sat with no comm, video or audio of your service reps and letme know your asseessment I will wait before I continue to write reviews and go up the chain of management. I simply do not want anyone else to be treated this way again.
