Great Service I came in because the navigation system was not working. For some reason, my extended warranty would not cover the expense of reprogramming. That did I came in because the navigation system was not working. For some reason, my extended warranty would not cover the expense of reprogramming. That did not put me in a wonderful mood but my service rep, Scott, handled the issue professionally and kept me aware of the progress while reprogramming. He even offered to have me driven to a nearby restaurant for lunch. While I was there, even the technician visited with me to keep me updated. The final bill was exactly what I was quoted and I left as a very pleased customer. There is no doubt that I will continue to purchase from your dealership. My respect and thanks go out to Scott. More
