I brought my vehicle in on May 1 for an oil change and asked them to check the front bumper under the driver side light. The bumper seemed to keep popping out. I was told a new clip was needed and Scott asked them to check the front bumper under the driver side light. The bumper seemed to keep popping out. I was told a new clip was needed and Scott Murray warrantied a new part. It took me almost 2 weeks to get a follow-up on when the part would be in. Scott was my advisor and seemed disinterested in providing any type of customer service to me. I called Scott to check he status of the part he stay on the line silent and then hung up. I was never able to get back through to him. The staff behind the service desk were very helpful. They called back and scheduled me. This bring me to today 5/17/21 where I went in for the clip to be replaced. Not once did Scott Murray acknowledge I was there at 8am, but checked my car in after 9am on the app. He also checked my vehicle out as "complete". I went to check my vehicle before I left and the entire bumper around my front tire was now popped out and this was not how I brought my vehicle in. I had to go to the service desk to get one of the ladies to assist me in getting the tech back to take my vehicle back and now fix this new issue. Scott seemed busy talking with another staff lady that was just standing in the corner in his office smiling and conversing. I attempted several times to have a conversation with Scott Murray and he blew me off each time. The last time he stated I been here 20 years and if there is an issue I will handle it. He never would sit and talk to me as a customer, but only as he got up and walked off leaving me standing. He is rude and very unprofessional. Scott Murray seem to pick and choose who he will provide good customer service to. It is unfortunate that just because an employee has been with your company for 20 years that the rudeness and unprofessionalism is just acceptable. Very dissatisfied customer. If I return to Nyle Maxwell for future service I will not be using Scott Murray as my Advisor. A little customer service toward all your customers can go a long way. More
