I dont think Nyle Maxwell cares at all if your company did your General Manager would have returned my calls. Your Sales Manager would have called me on Monday July 5th like he stated he would have when we talked on 3rd of July. Seems like your company does value its customers at all. My experience from when 1st walking into GMC until now has been nothing short of horrible Customer service. Now im starting to wonder if its other reason why I am not getting the desired customer support anyone would normally get. I guess my question is what is Nyle Maxwell doing to fix the situation? No one has said anything. Why did I pay for a service for your company to just vlow me off. Would you want this type of service?

WHAT EFFORTS. I was called once and returned that call 4 times with no answer twice this morning again. Like stated before I think this is because of me being African American. When I 1st walked into your dealership and was not greeted because it looked as if I couldnt afford one of your vehicles. I was directed to the used car lot. Now im getting this same treatment because of my race I beleive. If I were a white man would I get better service. Well being an African American and veteran I sure dont deserve your companies treatment. And half fixes. Im referring to the permanent marker your company used to fix my paint. I will just make sure I use every platform both news and social media to let everyone know how your company treats customers like myself. Thank you!!!
