I think that you are entirely missing the point. As I explained to the lady that gave us the appointment, the need to fix the truck expediently, is more of a safety issue than for convenience. The features that are not working are those that aid a hearing impaired person while driving. Even after explaining this, I was given an appointment 10 days out! So…am I understanding you correctly- you can ‘repair the truck immediately’??????? It is DANGEROUS for him to drive it in its current condition— I will bring it to you in 30 minutes.
