While experiencing a reception problem, callers would complain it was difficult to understand. We contacted Kyra who made a service appointment and an update was performed that they thought would correc complain it was difficult to understand. We contacted Kyra who made a service appointment and an update was performed that they thought would correct the problem. However several days later the problem persisted. We contacted Kyra who set another service appointment. It was determined that it needed a new microphone. After it was installed the issue was corrected. During this process that was lengthy over several days Kyra kept us in the loop and personally kept us informed. Thanks to her persistence the problem was resolved. She is very knowledgeable and a good representative for Steele GMC. More
