Besides going over my initial request for the services needed and being informed of the services recommended, the Service Advisor never informed me of the progress of my vehicle. Did not know what was going on [Lack of communication]. Wanted to ask a question in regard to the progress of my vehicle but the service advisor had left for lunch around 11-11:15 am. Had to ask the cashier what is the status of my vehicle. During the replacement process of the airbag recall, the steering wheel was cut and I was not acknowledged nor notified. Instead of asking if I had my wheel lock key for my rims or where is it located, it was taken upon the technician self to tear up the glovebox looking for the wheel lock key, which left everything in the glovebox in disarray. Also, there are fingerprint oil stains left on the headliner on the passenger side of my vehicle. More

I was experiencing a sound coming from the driver side front end. I knew this wasn’t good and needed it to be seen as soon as possible. I called to schedule an appointment with a local dealership. They make appointments to drop off only, then tell you they have a policy that it could be 3 to 5 days before they check it out, then longer depending on what’s wrong. I’am very fortunate it have found Steele GMC in Round Rock! From start to finish they were absolutely amazing. They took my car in on the scheduled time. I was called within a couple of hours to tell me what was wrong. They also had the part in stock to make the repair. I was also able to get my maintenance done on the same day! By 3pm that day my issue had been fixed , and the maintenance completed. I highly recommend Steele GMC! A big shout out to my service advisor Steven! Not only is he amazing to work with but he went above and beyond from the appointment scheduled date to finish! I will continue to take my car to Steele. It’s not where I live but worth it! Also they have the best waiting room chairs I have ever sat in and this comes from a person who has had 2 spine surgeries! I can’t praise the service I received from this dealership enough!! More
