Took over a month t9 get my car from repairs without a loaner car. Had to rent a car while my car was in the shop. Also had to replace the battery because it sat out for a month. I thought for what we pay for vehicles and maintenance that at least the Dealership would wash, vacuum the vehicles???? Also it states in my document from Steele, that during the first visit, oil and lube job, tire rotation and fill up diesel fluid (blue Def). My tires were not rotated or balanced…. My vehicle did not get any diesel additive; and certainly not washed or cleaned!!! I like the dealership - maintenance team …. But this is not a good customer relationship!! I rate this total experience as a failure…. Not because of the individual people…. This is a Company Policy/Priority Problem. Please respond back to me. I ask that a supervisor call and explain!!! Besides going over my initial request for the services needed and being informed of the services recommended, the Service Advisor never informed me of the progress of my vehicle. Did not know what was go needed and being informed of the services recommended, the Service Advisor never informed me of the progress of my vehicle. Did not know what was going on [Lack of communication]. Wanted to ask a question in regard to the progress of my vehicle but the service advisor had left for lunch around 11-11:15 am. Had to ask the cashier what is the status of my vehicle. During the replacement process of the airbag recall, the steering wheel was cut and I was not acknowledged nor notified. Instead of asking if I had my wheel lock key for my rims or where is it located, it was taken upon the technician self to tear up the glovebox looking for the wheel lock key, which left everything in the glovebox in disarray. Also, there are fingerprint oil stains left on the headliner on the passenger side of my vehicle. More
