The portion of the building I saw during the time I waited for my vehicle to be serviced, was clean even though I was there in the late afternoon. Staff provided a cordial greeting and interacted with me and each other in a positive/productive manner. I used this dealership location (prior ownership) for the purchase of my Sierra 1500 and all service work. This is the second time my vehicle has been serviced by the Steele Dealership. My first interaction occurred shortly after the transaction to the Steele ownership. Interaction was appropriate and transition from the prior owner to the Steele ownership was transparent to me. This visit was smooth with my intended services being addressed within the agreed timeframe.
