The sales team was consistently professional and courteous throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, I was caught off guard by the numerous add-ons for a fully loaded vehicle. It seemed like I had no real choice in the matter, and I was also pressured to purchase the Loyalty Advantage Program, which took over 90 days to receive. When it finally arrived, it was mainly filled with coupons offering minimal discounts. Additionally, I felt compelled to purchase what I considered unnecessary items, such as a screen protector and a camera warranty, which didn’t seem like valuable products. When I provided feedback about these items, it felt more like an attempt to justify adding extra costs rather than offering genuine value. I would have preferred a more transparent approach where the additional costs were clearly explained, even if it meant just calling it a sales commission. Ultimately, the only reason I proceeded with the purchase was due to the strong relationship I had with my salesperson. More
