Excellent customer service from Wayne. IT would help if discounts were allowed to be applied especially when the cost is pricey. We have dealt with Somerset Subaru for over 25 years, they have always been extremely accommodating. We have had thousands of dollars worth of car repairs done over the years,and not to allow a 10 percent discount when we are paying well over a thousand dollars for a repair, it may cause us to go elsewhere . The prior company always was more than willing to work with the customer, knowing that most of us do not have a lot of money. Companies are getting so big that the customer doesn’t matter anymore, only the almighty dollar. Too bad, because it’s the “customer” that pays the money, which could make or brake a “new company”. More

"Customer Oriented" We had a very good experience with the Sales Rep (Drew LeBlanc). He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. The Finance Manager (Jason) was very easy to deal with, he was very clear, knowledgeable, and made the whole finance process seem very seamless. We were extremely disappointed with the Sales Manager. We were in the process of returning our old car to the Volkswagen Dealership as part of a recall, he refused to let us keep our new Forester at the Stateline Dealership site temporarily, (2 extra days). In addition. the Sales Manager, did not follow through, after promising, to look for the desired exterior and interior color schemes for the Forester Model we were interested in. More

There was a follow up call the following day to see if I was still interested in buying the vehicle, unlike the other dealerships who had no follow up even when I had questions. They had plenty of cars in stock to choose from and worked with me tirelessly to ensure I got what I was looking for. I would definitely buy a car from them again. Thank you Stateline! More

Legacy sport I have been a faithful Subaru driver for the past 17 years. I recently switched from raynham to somerset Subaru due to the fact that Alex changed deal I have been a faithful Subaru driver for the past 17 years. I recently switched from raynham to somerset Subaru due to the fact that Alex changed dealerships. I have leased my last 4-5 vehicles through Alex. He’s the best!!! My experience at somerset has been great. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a great car, fair pricing and inviting staff. They all know my dog’s name too, which puts them a step above the rest!!!! More
