I have always had good service from this dealership and appreciate their work. But this last time when it went in I had a warped rotor. Jim Corman at the service counter does a great job keeping me informed. He lets me know the status of my car in the shop, is up front about pricing, and lets me know what repairs are on the horizon ba keeping me informed. I’m not a mechanic so having someone to trust at the shop is important. I know he will be honest about how to best care for my car while also helping me to budget accordingly.
