Save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle ANYWHERE else but here for service. I was always taught that if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything at all. But they decided to send me a link to provide feedback so here it is. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. Not only was the customer service terrible, but 60 miles down the road, I was in another shop getting the same repair that this dealership supposedly performed and charged me for. I was even given the part that was supposedly replaced and it was most certainly not new. I would absolutely never return, not even to complain about false repairs. More
Worst service department i have ever delt with. I was most definitely ripped off. When to another Ford dealership. They had said i was Ripped off. Suggested I file a complaint with Ford Motor Co. Worst auto repair ever. Scheduled service for August 15th due to a noisewhen accelerating. Dealer took two days to analyze the problem, a leaking exhaust manifold. They a Scheduled service for August 15th due to a noisewhen accelerating. Dealer took two days to analyze the problem, a leaking exhaust manifold. They also said the starter was starting to fail. They ordered parts and scheduled repair for Thursday, September 26th. Dropped truck off that morning and waited for the call that the work was done. No call by the end of the day, or the next day. Truck sat at the dealer all weekend. Still no call on Monday afternoon so I went to the dealer. I found my truck parked where I had dropped it off, no work had been done. I told them I was taking the truck back and asked them for a date where they could make the repairs in one day. They scheduled me for Thursday, October 17th. I called on the afternoon of the 16th to make sure that October 17th was still good. They said yes. I also notified the service rep that we had already replaced the starter because we had more trouble with it while we waited for our service date. I had an out of town trip planned for the 18th. When I called back late that day, they told me the repair was not done and would take most of Friday to finish. They did give me a loaner car when I told them about my trip and asked for a car. I returned the loaner car on Monday around noon and found that the truck was still not done. I had to go back at the end of the day to pick it up. When I checked my bill, they had charged me for replacing the starter. I had to go back and ask to have the bill adjusted. Our truck spent 12 days at the dealership. More
