Last year, I bought a 2018 Explorer (base model) for a decent price. The problem was the lack of touring; we didn't get to test drive. We were told that we could return it/exchange it before 7 days of own decent price. The problem was the lack of touring; we didn't get to test drive. They made us drive from Long Island to them promising us that they would let us exchange and it was a bust! They were really nasty towards us as well. We recently sold the car to another Ford deal closer to home. That's when we found out that Koeppel Ford cancels the original manufacturer warranty and forces you to buy their own warranty. I'm never going to them again. We even tried going to their Nissan branch. They're even worse. Don’t buy from them; you'll save time and money. More
I scheduled a service appointment (for a specific issue that I made clear) a month in advance, but it turned out they couldn't actually do the repair at the scheduled place/time. If that itself wasn't bad enough, they had no intention of notifying of me of this until I actually wasted my whole morning driving over there to tell me that in person (not to mention the month I wasted waiting for the appointment.) Clearly they don't bother to review/plan for upcoming work, or train their schedulers adequately. Total waste of my time. They didn't even apologize. More
STAY AWAY, No stars it what they really deserve. Absolute Liars. Classic car dealer scam. Saw the car I wanted on their website. Called and spoke to salesman Oliver Puello. After confirming availability and a back and forth with his manager, a price was agreed. Drove 45 minutes to the dealership. When I got there, they offered a test drive only to find the car had a flat. One person said it happened on a road test, another said someone slashed the tire, regardless of the excuse the car was not drivable. While they tried to find a replacement tire, we sat down to do the sales paperwork as previously agreed. On the phone, it was agreed that I would pay $2,000 over MSRP. When we sat down, the manager came over and told us they normally get $20,000 over sticker, but he would give us a special deal at $5,000 over sticker. What a SCAM. they drag you in with lies and then try to cheat you when you arrive. while the salesman acts all sweet and confused at the manager's behavior, the manager blames him for his inexperience. To top it all off, the managers were horrible bullies and terribly rude. They try to convince you it is your fault when it is they who are lying. Be aware of the lying managers WESSAM HAMDAN and ALBERT DE JESUS. They won't even give you their card but thankfully you can get it online. Oliver is just their scapegoat. Thank goodness for Levittown Ford where I drove off the lot with the same car the next day with no hassle at the agreed price. More

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! POSERS!!!! IMMATURE!!!Went to Koeppel UNPROFESSIONAL!!! POSERS!!!! IMMATURE!!! Went to Koeppel READY to buy. Asked for a specific salesperson and was told their job was to get customer to UNPROFESSIONAL!!! POSERS!!!! IMMATURE!!! Went to Koeppel READY to buy. Asked for a specific salesperson and was told their job was to get customer to come in talk to someone like him. After clearly stated the model of the vehicle we were interested in, he immediately began to "steer" us towards a model they apparently are trying to get rid of. Worst of all, the vehicle WASN'T on the lot. He had to get it "from the warehouse. He then immediately pulled up a video he wanted us to watch as he went for the car...WTH!!! 20 mins later, we see him STILL in the dealership. He hadn't left yet. He announces he's leaving now.....AND SO DID WE!!! Very unprofessional environment. Too many employees on IG, or FB instead of attending to customers. Everyone I spoke to had little knowledge about the vehicles in the showroom. Maybe if they turned the music (radio) down and studied their profession, they could be more successful. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU STAY AWAY!!!! More

I purchased a car from here 3 months ago. the car was a brand new mustang Mach-E with very little mileage. the car had charging problems from the first time i tried to charge it And had to end up getting brand new mustang Mach-E with very little mileage. the car had charging problems from the first time i tried to charge it And had to end up getting it serviced 3 times in the first month of purchase. Not only that, i had to bring the car back 2 more times for the same issue and still no help. i have made complaint after complaint, called ford motor company and the better business BBB. The original purchase was difficult and unprofessional and i should have know from that experience not to purchase from them. they are rude and unhelpfu, please do not go there And inspect your vehicles! Stay away from this dealership and especially the service department. It is being run by people that not only do not know Ford procedures but they openly deny following them and do not care about your money department. Please if you value your vehicle and your life stay away. Absolutely the worst service, experience and attitude I have ever experienced. I can’t stress this enough the people running the service department are ignorant and you ask them questions that are technical about your vehicle they dismiss you as if your crazy.
