Jessica was so wonderful and the gentleman who fixed my car was great. The front desk lady was not kind at all- looked bothered when I asked questions and when I called the day prior she told me "listen t car was great. They don’t have a large modern waiting room with amenities and they don’t have a huge garage or convenient parking. The one issue I had was that in changing the fuse they had to disconnect the battery and did no attach a car memory save which provides a power source for a car independent of the regular car battery. This memory saver would have provided the power needed to keep my car's XM and radio settings intact and saved me one big hassle in getting them back, which I still have not yet been able to finish. Would have given a 5; however, I feel something is wrong with the car after it was serviced. Took it back because the it wasn’t driving as usually does and the oil temp remain high and the cooling fan rema with the car after it was serviced. Took it back because the it wasn’t driving as usually does and the oil temp remain high and the cooling fan remains on constantly when the Air Conditioner is on. The service claims there is nothing wrong with the car because no codes came up, but I know how my car performs. This never happened prior to the service done. Now I know I am giving but I am sure nothing will be done to rectify the issue. More
