Courteous, polite, and professional staff and took full care of my car and replaced my tire, paperwork is clear and charges explained all that was going to done day of. Tire rotation was to be part of the maintenance. I would have liked to be told why it wasn't instead of coming home to realize it wasn't. Well really bad experience with customer service and repair facility, had to wait almost 2 month for appointment day that I had appointment they cancel on me, then day that they pick up the car worked o repair facility, had to wait almost 2 month for appointment day that I had appointment they cancel on me, then day that they pick up the car worked on it brought it back didn't communicate with me that they decided not to repair my problem and accused me of basically causing damage to my vehicle without any proof. Very unprofessional. Gonna complain to a BBB. And consumer affairs. More
