Amazing and exception services received by Jessica and her team. When calling for an appointment, Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and does her due deligence. The minute one walks in, Jessica welcomes you with her kindness, her smile, then gets to work, leaving us comfortable that we can fully trust her team. I would highly recommend Star Hyundai in Northern blvd. It's my 4th time bringing my car in and I am never disappointed. I use to have a Subaru. I would speak to a different person every time I made an appointment. I would come in and told to sit, never knowing for how long or who was going to take us in. We were promised the world and to later be told we had to spend thousands of dollars. The car was never really fixed and we had to continue taking it in to be serviced. At last we would get the answer no one wants to hear, they have tried everything (spending so much of your money) to find out they could not figure out what was wrong. This would happen on multiple Subaru service centers. Please, stay away from Subaru. We got rid of it. This is why we endlessly appreciate the effortless manner Jessica does business. It's crazy how well she knows the vehicles. She understands that time is priceless for both us and her team. Thank you Jessica. Thank you Star Hyundai for choosing your staff vigilantly. More
