very poor customer service i work as a customer service representative and could not imagine giving that type of service. i had a 920 appointment and got to the dealer at 920 left the car returned about 1 representative and could not imagine giving that type of service. i had a 920 appointment and got to the dealer at 920 left the car returned about 1430 asked how long the wait will be. the representative never gave an answer after 45 minutes i went back to him he went to the office but he never responded to me with a time after several times of trying to get a status on the timeline. at 1650 someone told me they were understaffed and are about to close so they may not get to my car today. This was very unprofessional not even an apology for the lost of my time. This is the second time this have been done when i left my car for repair of the hood i had to return several days to pick up my car because they kept telling me it would be ready This was the last straw with this dealership they don’t value my time or business i am trying a new dealership i hope i have a better experience More

Placed an appointment for May 20th on a Monday at 9:40am, for a recall for my Hyundai Sonata for Anit Thef. I would presume an appointments are priority. I waited for this appointment longer than a month. So once I arrived at the location a gentleman approached my vehicle and said the keys are in the car , I said “yes they are”. The gentleman just said “go inside and say you are here”. So once entering the receptionist looked at me and just stared at me. I had to approach the receptionist to get his attention. The. I was told to wait someone will call.i stepped outside to call my wife, I seen the same gentleman that received my vehicle taking my car to the street to park it. this was around 10:20. 30 mins later I waited quite a while to get called by the advisor . After talking to her She said my car will be ready in the next 1hr or 1hr & 30. She told me this around. So waited and waited…… then around 12:20 I got up because I couldn’t wait I had to pick up my daughter at 2:20pm and this was taking longer than expected. I knocked the door to my advisor and told her” I seen people without appointments come and go Why is my recall taking this long””Told her I have a daughter to pick up please can you see if Iam next or it’s being worked on?”. she didn’t know anything about my vehicle if it was getting attended or if my vehicle was next .just a bit clueless I didn’t like this type of Recognition for being Hyundai user. Then She told me to sit tight she will find out 15 mins later she said my vehicle is next. So in my mind if I don’t speak up or told anyone where’s my vehicle. I will still be waiting. My car was done within 25mins. This type of situation and as this is my first time appointment is ridiculous. Come on. Just better communication with each staff so customers won’t wait this long. On May 8, 2024, I received inaccurate information regarding the availability of an engine for my vehicle, which was provided to secure my business. Subsequently, I brought my car in for service on Ma regarding the availability of an engine for my vehicle, which was provided to secure my business. Subsequently, I brought my car in for service on May 9, 2024, and was advised that it would be ready for collection by May 13, 2024, at the latest. However, upon contacting the service center, I was repeatedly informed that the vehicle was not yet ready due to a delay in the engine delivery. As a result, I was required to modify my enterprise rental on three separate occasions. Finally, on May 21, 2024, I was able to retrieve my vehicle. I would like to acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy displayed by Jessica from the service department. Nonetheless, I feel that I was misled by the information initially provided. As a parent of two children with special needs, this entire process has been particularly stressful for me. More
