Outstanding service. I needed to have my car service AND i told them that my car engine check light came on. They serviced my car but they didn’t check what was wrong with my engine and why the light came on… so ultimately the car engine check light came on. They serviced my car but they didn’t check what was wrong with my engine and why the light came on… so ultimately they wasted my time because I had to send my car to another dealership and waste money on a car rental so that dealership could work on my car regarding my engine. A waste of time! More

Sales person told us that around $10,000 payments will not require credit freeze lifted. However, when final payments were to be made, this information was not accurate and credit freeze had to be lifted. not require credit freeze lifted. By that time, we were frustrated with the closing process and relinquished to pay the non finance fee of $1,000 in addition to our final quoted price. That part resulted in 2 stars, the remaining delivery process was better than 2 stars. More
