Service advisor Jason Watkins was extremely rude and inappropriate from every step of the 2-week ordeal with my car. Jason should be removed from his position immediately. If it were not for the experienced service advisor, Jessica Santana, I would be much more irate. She treated us with respect and actually explained the work that was performed and what needed to be done with another appointment. By far the worst experience I’ve had at a service department, no thanks to Jason. More

This dealership is the worst I ever been in for service. My car went in on a Thursday. They had it over the weekend they had it Monday. They had it Tuesday. I had to pay it out of my pocket. I hope I get reversed. More

Jessica was so wonderful and the gentleman who fixed my car was great. The front desk lady was not kind at all- looked bothered when I asked questions and when I called the day prior she told me "listen t car was great.
