I appreciated working with Andrew over the phone and via email, he has strong knowledge of the overall lease process and got all his numbers right the first time. When I arrived to close the deal, Andrew let me test drive a few different models and gave me as much time as I needed to inspect all the features. Signing the actual paperwork took less then 15 minutes, and even with multiple test drives I was out of the dealer in under 3 hours with my new vehicle. Definitely recommend Star & Andrew, although be prepared for alot of "Rock-Ons" *** Update: 3 days after I purchased this vehicle, GMC announced a $1500 reduction on the MSRP of all 2020 3.0L Duramax Serria's. I am quite dissappointed I wasn't given any advance notice of this change and I think it's inappropriate for GMC to devalue the product for all the existing owners. As such I am adjusting my rating. Made an appointment with "Hawk" (Adam). I told him what options I wanted and my color preferences. Went for a test drive and within one hour settled on a lease for a new 2020 Acadia. When I picked up the vehicle Hawk took the time to answer my questions and demonstrate many of the functions and features. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. Horrible service. 3 service advisors sitting at their desks and not one even looked up to great me. I had to ask for help. Wouldnt even look at my car without charging me the $100 diagnostic fee.
