It started to rain and Zaire realized we weren’t prepared. He asked us where we parked, took a jumbo umbrella, walked us to our car & walked behind us in the rain. He took good care of the second time I visited and the third time. I read up on the vehicle did a test drive and couldn’t leave the Jeep Cherokee behind. Friendly reception staff, but I went to the service center as my check engine light had turned on. The reception staff Teresa was really friendly and nice. I got a quote later the same day for repairs, however, the prices were high so I decided to pick my car without getting the servicing done. To my surprise, the mechanical staff had cleared the check engine issue code so that I cannot get it fixed in another shop. I thought that was really unethical. Why would they remove the error code when they did not fix the issue? More

The advisors (Patrick, Theresa & Darryl) & workers are great & help you with any problem that y I always get great service from the service dept here. The only complaint that I have is there is a worker named Shundra that works there. She was very rude & obnoxious when I called to check on the status of my car.
