Friendly experience I went to a few other places to trade in my Ram and get a jeep but i wasnt comfortable until i went to STAR JEEP. So a friend took me there. Such a cool down to earth guy. We talked about so many stuff, we bacame friends and didnt feel like i was there buying a vehicle. Lower Monthly Payments I traded my 2014 Dodge Journey and put down $4000.00 on this deal and I felt that the dealership should work harder to lower the car payments. It’s not about giving the dealership a huge commission at the buyers expense. Not happy about that!! What did I put down $4000.00 for? It really didn’t make a difference. $535.00 a month is Too high. The deal was not a good deal! When does the customer come first??? I would like to thank Leon for his hard work in getting me the best deal he could! He is diligent and hard working employee and deserves recognition! More

Complete horrible service! The van suddenly it starting having problems to crank, I was just gonna sit there trying and after 5 minutes or so it would start. I change the batter The van suddenly it starting having problems to crank, I was just gonna sit there trying and after 5 minutes or so it would start. I change the battery, the starter and have the alternator cechek it was good! Then I did some research and came up that the car had a recall for the cpm can cause all this problems. I took it to this awful dealer, from day one everyone was mean outside recievind the car, a lady at the front counter and the Patrick Thomas who happened to be the man helping me. That day they had like 20 cars maybe to work on, the line extended all the way out to the street. Patrick told me to leave the car cause it was gonna take at least 4 hour for them to get to my car, plus whatever more time to work on it. Surprise 1 hour and 25 minutes later he calls and told me the car was ready. I was happy, however 2-3 days later same problem came back. I call the dealer and they gave me an appointment for within 2 weeks....final I brought it today a November 28, 2018 just to be received by the same mean loud mouth Patrick Thomas....he didn't even want to talk a about the recall from to weeks ago. He went and told me thats over its has nothing to do with the way the car cranks. Leave the car well do a diagnose ( $120) and then well let you know what the problem is. So meaning....I dont think they fix the problem with the recall ....since that has to be free of charge .....and now he wants to charge 120 for diagnose and if they do the job will be another 120 pero hour plus parts....really Patrick Thomas.....that is why I dont like to bring my cars to the dealers....this time o did because of the recall.....but dealer mechanic shops are a ripoff and with people like Patrick Thomas and the other mean lady at the counter I will never recomend this place to any car owner .... More
