Misleading info.... incorrect expectation First visit to this location... when appt was made I was given estimated 2-3 hours completion time as long as I arrived before 8am... I was processed by 7:45, so expected vehicle to be completed by 2pm the latest! Called at noon was told would be completed by 2:30... At 4:45 I was told they NEVER worked/touched my vehicle come back tomorrow. I stated this was totally unacceptable and picked my vehicle up. What made it worse was the nonchalant demeanor I received... wonder how many others have had this unfortunate experience at this dealership. I will not return to this location, nor can I recommend it to others. More
