Hear a squeaking sound when I start moving car in mornings Couldn’t find the problem but I’m at ease knowing it’s not my breaks. It’s only does it sometimes but we’ll find it. On day 2 I received a return call after I called. Then late afternoon on day 2 I was informed they had to order a part. I think they are understaffed and overworked. I would have rented a car if they just told me on day one it would be 3 days! They didn’t even have my appointment in the computer they are a mess! Also located in a bad neighborhood. More

The signing portion of the transaction very easy with no stress. Very fast and friendly transaction. Staff was very honest and efficient with everything.
