I would NEVER come back to this establishment Disappointed to say the least! I’ve been customer at Star Chrysler since 2009 where I purchased my vehicle. I’ve never had an issue until my past 3 visits with Theresa as the point person helping. I was floored when I reached out to Victor, as a manager that not only did he not try to rectify the issue but, had the nerve to tell me and my husband that he’s in the business of making money. After we spent money to get a dialysis for a leak that we thought was fixed and only to still have the issue and being told it’s another leak. Then when Victor was confront he de line to fix the victor and after keeping the truck overnight asked us to pick it up. More

3.5 hour oil change This is the 2nd time i have had my car serviced at star. Each time I waited 3 or more hours. It was ridiculous, and their only reaponse is, Its busy. Lack of understanding I came in to get a tire pressure sensor replace & it cost $259 after they replaced it the tire sensor light stay on so i had to come back the followin I came in to get a tire pressure sensor replace & it cost $259 after they replaced it the tire sensor light stay on so i had to come back the following week to find out why the light was still on. Then was told once you replace one of these sensors the others would need to be replaced so I could have just went to pepboys or any mechanic shop for half the price. The reason I went to the manufacture dealership is because I figured they would be able to program it right so I would not see the light on after replace it...they should have better understanding when it comes to these things like knowing that once I replace one more than likely the others would need to be replaced...
