I purchased a vehicle from St Cloud Toyota and the financial paperwork did not come in the mail for me to make my first payment. I received an email from the financial company and not a phone call. When I took the car for a test drive it needed to be cleaned. I said that I would like to purchase the vehicle and it was sent to be cleaned right away. When I came to pick up my vehicle the cleaning crew removed an item from the vehicle and when I called and talked to my sales rep, he said he would look into it. I have even left messages and emails and still I have not heard anything from my rep. I did receive an email saying it was great working with you, and some advertising emails, as well as maintenance emails. However, still nothing about the item that was taken from the vehicle. A very unsatisfied customer! More

The service staff was polite and courteous but having a one week old vehicle break down is very disappointing. They thought it would take 2-1/2 hours to fix but it took almost 8. They would not drive me home or give me a loaner vehicle so I missed very important meetings, losing several hundred dollars in trucking fees. I don't think the service center is at fault for not being able to make repairs, but if it can't be fixed then I should get a loaner or a complete replacement vehicle. More
