We wrote you folks a check for $35K and have been treated HORRIBLY! Our 2nd key fob disappeared @ your dealership. Great; now somebody has our key and most likely our address. Uncomfortable feeling and w HORRIBLY! Our 2nd key fob disappeared @ your dealership. Great; now somebody has our key and most likely our address. Uncomfortable feeling and we have been offered ZERO help. You send titles to the DMV??!! How exactly am I supposed to know when our DMV gets the title? Am I supposed to make several trips to the DMV? Beyond poor service and I will continue to post bad reviews and will contact the Better Business Bureau soon if we are not given our second key and compensated for our time away from work going to the DMV and installing anti-theft devices. You have my phone number. If you really care you will contact me ASAP. A sincere apology would be nice. What if we lose our only key?? We are screwed. Note: Other dealerships had no problem supplying second keys and sending the title directly to me. More

My interactions with dealership have consistently been porfessional and courteous. Brought my vehicle in for 5K service and oil change, as well as to get a net for the cargo storage on my Grand Highlande porfessional and courteous. Brought my vehicle in for 5K service and oil change, as well as to get a net for the cargo storage on my Grand Highlander. Was able to get all done, thanks to Nate. Also upgraded service plan with Calab. Very nice folks to work with and plan to give them oppoturtunity for my future needs. More
