Everyone at Toyota is undeniably nice and extremely professional. However, I brought my car in for an external detailing, and although they did a somewhat good job, the plastic shielding along the bott professional. However, I brought my car in for an external detailing, and although they did a somewhat good job, the plastic shielding along the bottom part of my 2024 Equinox is very, very spotty. I spent almost an hour and a half with a dry, non-scratching cloth, and also with a soapy sponge to try and get the spots out. I would never have said anything since the detailing was done over a month ago, but walking back to my car in the bright sunshine, I can still see the spots. I’m very disappointed and quite frankly will not bring my car there for detailing again. I was gonna do a full interior and exterior detailing in the spring, but I guess not. More

Timeliness of appt was good, sadly to have gotten five stars I wanted all I asked for done. I asked for oil change and tire rotation. When I was checked in, it was asked if I was getting an oil change I said yes and tire rotation, the attendant said it only says oil change. I said that’s a mistake I want my tires also rotated, she said she would make a note and add it, didn’t happen, now I have to come back again to get my tires rotated on another day. Worst part, part of your free inspection is to take the tires off, why not rotate them anyway. I foraging, in fact 3 stars for not be customer service oriented. More

The service center is an amazing team of knowledgeable and skilled service people that worked on my vehicle. They are honest about what needs to be serviced on your vehicle.
