The dealership was one of the largest in size and was very well maintained. They had a good selection of both new and used vehicles in stock. The general staff was friendly and even opened doors for me occasionally. The sales representative assigned to me, Mr, Jeffrey Morris, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to spend a great deal of time with me. He did not pressure me in any way and was very matter-of-fact in answer to my questions on options. He also went over all the features, both major and minor, of the vehicle. During the test drive, Mr. Morris had me try different streets at different speeds so that I would understand the car's performance. Lastly, I worked with the business manager, Mr. Shae Washburn, who was very professional, thorough, and relatively quick. He honored my financial requirements and never tried to "over sell" me. When I wanted to make a major change to the financial requirements that had already been agreed to, he readily complied and did not complain. Importantly, Mr. Washburn gave me options that I was not aware of, but welcomed, and were structured to save me money. Since I am an elderly person, I have made a number of car purchases in the past. Dealing with St. Charles Hyundai ranks in the top three in being enjoyable. The dealership certainly helped me believe in their motto that they "make amazing happen".
