Attempted to charge us for unneeded repairs. Took our leased 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and air bag recall. Eight hours later I was advised that it needed new rear brakes and differ Took our leased 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and air bag recall. Eight hours later I was advised that it needed new rear brakes and differential fluids at an expense of around $900. I declined the repairs and took my Jeep to Discount auto in St Charles and was told The Jeep needed no such repairs. Total scam to get additional money out of us. I will say that my trust for St. Charles Jeep is gone. Forever. More

I have owned 4 dodge vehicles in the past 10 years and haven't had a pleasant experience here, but this l NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE HERE!! I have owned 4 dodge vehicles in the past 10 years and haven't had a pleasant experience here, but this last experience was the worse. Took the vehicle in for a check engine light and was told we would have an answer in 90 minutes. Long story short over 2 days never got a call from service and after multiple calls and driving to the dealership twice they never even got to do a diagnosis. Took the car to pep boys without an appointment and two hours later we learned it was programming issue. The vehicle is now at DuPage Dodge where I have had plenty of good experiences including the purchase of two of my vehicles. Btw the other two I bought from Downers Dodge which is another good dealership that is worth the drive. More

We have been long time customers at this dealership for many years. Do not buy a car from this dealership as they are dishonest and lack integrity!!! We have been long time customers at this dealership for many years. Apparently, they replaced out intake manifold under warranty however, we later found out that this repair was never completed. Now that our car is no longer covered under warranty, the Service Manager refuses to do the right thing and make this repair. They have committed fraud and I will need to seek legal action to get this resolved. I suggest anyone who has had their car serviced at this location verify that the work was actually completed. This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in for an oil change and they have told me other components needed work or replacement that did NOT. This latest time I brought it in they told me both m an oil change and they have told me other components needed work or replacement that did NOT. This latest time I brought it in they told me both my swaybar lickage was bad and dangerous to drive. They also told me the left tie rod end needed replaement. I took my vehicle to my local mechanic who I've been going to for years and he told me that NOTHING at all was wrong with the sway bars linkage. He also said that the tie rod ends showed very minimal play and did not need to be replaced for quite some time. He recommended that I have it checked with each oil change. It makes me mad that the Dealership Service center tried to scare me into paying for repairs that were not needed. Very dishonest. Will never go back there again, as this is the second time they have done this. More
