I submitted an online inquiry regarding a new Jeep. Immediately I was contacted via email and stated I’d like a breakdown of the incentives and discounts so I understood their pricing. The lady stated a member of the team was working on it. A hour later I reached out and no response. Nearly 24 hours later I haven’t heard anything or received any form of communication. The lack of communication and professionalism is disappointing as I will take my business elsewhere. More
