My interaction with Stacey Miller was absolutely unacceptable. She refused to assist me with a legitimate Nationwide Warranty claim and openly stated that she intended to make the process difficult unacceptable. Service is terrible! He then gave the wrong information to the technician. Their supposed "electrical expert" could not diagnose my charging problem. Returned a week later and the technician left a message for me to call but not his name. Had to call the dealership 5 times until I could speak to a human. Service did not have a Level 1 charger to diagnose my problem. Then, I was told that this was not their problem and I should return to the selling dealership. Hyundai corporate confirmed that I could take my vehicle to any dealership for service. This is standard for most, if not all, ar manufacturers. Do not go to this dealership for service if you want to get your problem solved! More

I wouldn’t refer anyone to Springfield Hyundai nor would I recommend anyone buy a Hyundai, they certainly do NOT stand behind their product. I recently had a problem with a seat and was totally floored that they didn’t stand behind their product and fix small tears in the uposlstry that should not have happened, this vehicle is a 2023 with only 20,000, there is no reason this happened except that the product is cheaply made. Again, extremely disappointed with Springfield Hyundai and Hyundai in general..should hav bought the Kia Sportage, that would be my recommendation to anyone! More

Arrived at my appointment few minutes early stated I was waiting for my car and that I had rearranged my whole day for this appointment. AJ at the service desk waited on me and gave me some xxxxxxxx excuse as to why my oil change would not be complimentary now. Stated I would have to pay. If this is how loyal customers are treated at your dealership that’s is very very disappointing and AJ had not a care in the world about his customer service. I will never step back foot in this dealership again and will go to west Chester from now on. They obviously had training on customer service and how to treat people. More

I’ve purchased eight vehicles from Springfield Hyundai over the course of 15 years, but after my recent experience with AJ Henry, this will be my last purchase here. When I asked to speak to his manager, AJ falsely claimed to be the manager. He was rude, dismissive, and extremely condescending, cutting me off and talking over me the entire time. When I questioned a $220 "release fee," he said, “We don’t come to work for free.” He was clearly upset that I decided to have my car towed elsewhere for service rather than pay the outrageous, price-gouging prices at this dealership. The conversation became heated, and he hung up on me, leaving me to call back and make the payment with someone else. It’s no surprise that their reviews continue to decline with customer service like this. The building may have been remodeled, but it’s clear the service advisors, especially Aubrey Henry, need an overhaul too. More
